Client maintenance depends on regularity, reliability and, especially, a modern quality system, that guarantees the material and mechanical specifications of the products. Palmasola’s Total Quality System was developed and implanted by the company’s technicians advised by external consultants and specialists.
The quality system allows each employee to identify the needs of his specific duty, as well as, provide a wide view of the complete process, enabling placement of the employee in the appropriate function, according to his profile.
The products quality is endorsed at Test Laboratories on Palmasola. There, traction and flexion resistance tests are done. With the records on specific charts, it is possible to analyze the characteristics of everything produced and to ensure quality before expedition to commercialization. Palmasola has a strict control over the physical-mechanical characteristics and dimensions of its products, bringing reliability to the final customer.
Palmasola S/A is the first Brazilian mill that receives the Conformity Certificate with
CE Mark, norm EN13986. With this certification, Palmasola can sell itsproducts into
the European Community, for structural purposes in internal as well external uses onthe construction industry. The Certificate is valid since January 1 st , 2004 and was delivery by the BM Trada Certify Body – London / England.
