Palmasola offers many benefits to their employees, such as residences. There are 510 houses, 451 at the city of Palma Sola, 53 at Sinop and Marcelândia and 6 at Brasnorte.

There are doctors and dentists to attend to the employees, and also, when necessary, transportation to a hospital is provided.
They also have eye-care insurance plans, with financial assistance for the purchase of glasses, and transportation to the clinic.

All the employees wear uniforms, which brings safety, standardization to the work atmosphere, and reduces differences.
Palmasola supplies their employees with courses, made by specialist companies, about quality, metrology and general improvement .
There are other ways of encouragement, such as the annual party that happens on May 1st (when people in Latin America celebrate Labor Day) that distributes awards to the best employees. The employees can also enjoy a sports gymnasium and a reception house (that serves for the use of shareholders, guests and clients as well).
The benefits are extended to the communities where Palmasola is located. The company has supported APAE (Exceptional Parents and Friends Association) in the building of their office, and also supports the Brazilian Army on civil work. Palmasola promotes sports events and supports community activities in the cities where it’s located.
